MES Lite (AyMES) helps you see how production really flows on your lines. It captures work orders, machine and operator events, and key losses so you can understand where time and quality are slipping in day to day operations.
Instead of a large and complex MES rollout, AyMES starts small with one or two lines. Operators use simple screens, supervisors get clear OEE and loss breakdowns, and you gain basic traceability for selected products or jobs. When the first line is working well, the same pattern can be extended to other lines and plants.
AyMES is a good fit if you already have PLCs and SCADA in place, but still rely on spreadsheets, whiteboards or manual logs to explain why targets were not met.

How It Works
Define scope and KPIs
Together we choose one or two lines, confirm which KPIs matter most and agree on how work orders and events should be captured.
Connect to Equipment and Map Data
AyMES connects to existing PLCs, SCADA or other data sources for counts, states and key process values. We configure how these signals feed OEE, events and reports.
Design and Deploy Operator Screens
Operators get simple touch friendly screens to start and stop orders and log events. Supervisors get views for OEE, losses and production by shift.
Pilot, Review and Scale
The system runs on live production. After a short pilot we review the data with your team, refine codes and screens, then apply the same model to additional lines and sites.
